We keep this information on file for the duration of the rental period.

All tool and equipment rentals are paid at the beginning of the rental period unless you have an established account with Carl Matthews Equipment.

Rental rates vary by tool and machiene type.  Rates are listed on associated equipment pages or call for more details.

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup service for equipment at reasonable rates.  Please call for the cost to your specific location.  If you prefer, you may pick-up and return rental items, if necessary we can provide a trailer for an additional $25 per day.

  • Start & End

    The rental period begins when the equipment leaves the yard and ends when it is returned.

  • 4 Hour Period

    Is four (4) consecutive hours or 4PM to 9AM (Monday – Friday)

  • Day

    Is 24 hours out or Saturday 4PM to Monday 9AM (10 hours maximum use on metered equipment)

  • Week

    Is five (5) consecutive days (40 hours use total for metered equipment)

Yes, rental items can be reserved by giving us a phone call, or stopping into the shop.  There is no charge to reserve your rental items; however, if you need to cancel or change your reservation let us know ASAP so we can free up the equipment for other customers.  Reservations are always recommended, especially on weekends, holidays and other busy times.

Construction and homeowner equipment should be returned reasonably clean, if only to protect your vehicle and allow for safe transportation. Carl Matthews Equipment reserves the right to add a cleaning charge if items are returned excessively soiled.
